Job summary

PLS LESB SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a qualified finance professional to oversee all financial activities, including reporting, analysis, cash flow management, and taxation coordination with the tax agent. You will also manage internal and external audits and consolidate performance across subsidiaries.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and strong communication skills to work across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or finance or pursuing a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA/CIMA/CFA.
• 3–5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Understanding of financial accounting and reporting principles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of financial activities including preparation of financial analysis and notes to accounts, cash flows, management reports, taxation liaison with tax agent, and manage internal and external audit processes.
• Ensuring accurate and timely group financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Consolidate and review financial performance across subsidiaries.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job description

Responsible for all aspect of financial related activities of the Company, including preparation of financial analysis and notes to accounts, cash flows, management reports, taxation (liasion with tax agent) and manage internal and external audit processes.

Ensuring accurate and timely group financial reporting are in compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Consolidate and review financial performance across subsidiaries.

Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

A Degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, CIMA, CFA or other professional accounting qualification or pursuing in professional accounting with good attitude would be considered too.

At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field or sufficient experiences will be considerate.

Understanding of financial accounting and reporting principles.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across the organization
