Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a seasoned finance professional to provide administrative and financial reporting support within a corporate environment in Klang. The role focuses on delivering consolidated financial reports, cash flow summaries, and regulatory filings to drive departmental efficiency and compliance.

You will oversee month-end close, GL reconciliations, intercompany accounts, and assist with audits and tax compliance for both local and international entities.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
• Demonstrable experience in corporate financial reporting, statutory accounting, or audit functions.
• Strong familiarity with IFRS and GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial reports, cash flow summaries, and official regulatory filings.
• Oversee month-end closing activities, general ledger reconciliations, and intercompany accounts.
• Support external statutory audit processes and tax compliance requirements for domestic and international entities.
• Assist with enterprise system master data maintenance, process improvements, and technical troubleshooting.
