Responsibilities

  • Assist with petty cash transactions and reconcile cash to system
  • Perform daily cash management tasks including bank-in, cards and cheques, with reconciliations
  • Manage stock and assets including tagging and counts
  • Maintain orderly filing and documentation systems
  • Ensure adherence to safety, health, and company policies
  • Support in monthly finance performance indicators

Job description

  • Assistin petty cash transactions and ensure casharetally between system and physical cash.
  • To perform cash management tasks such asbankin cash,cardandchequeondailybasis, including reconciliations.
  • Stock and asset management
  • Perform asset tagging exercise and stock counts during stock take.
  • Clerical and safekeeping of documentations
  • To perform proper filing of records andmaintainsystematic filing system.
  • To carry out duties as an employee as stipulated in Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 andRegulations: -
  • To take reasonable care at work for the safety of yourself and other persons;
  • To co-operate with your employer or any other person in the discharge of any duty;
  • To wear or use any protective equipment or clothing provided by the employer;
  • Tocomply withany instruction or measure on occupational safety and health.
  • Participate actively in any other new service that is introduced by the services.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures of MSQH Hospital Accreditation Standard are adhered to and recordsmaintained,if and whenthese programs are implemented.
  • Ensure compliance to Patient Safety Goals as safety improvement measures which have been adopted by KPJ
  • Tomaintainproper Hand Hygiene at workplace.
  • Ensure adhere to The KPJ Way / Standard People Practice (SPP).
  • Keep abreast with the latest Human Resource knowledge and information.(e.gattended Conference / Seminars)
  • Toinvolvein HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Controls)exercise.
  • Toinvolvein EAI (Environmental Aspectsand Impacts) exercise.
  • To perform any other duties as and when required / directed by Account Executive / Accountantdesignatedby the Company. Toassistin preparing monthly performingindicatorfor Finance Services.
