Job summary

Drivora Sdn. Bhd. (Jetour Setapak) is seeking an Assistant Executive Cum Logistics to join our automotive dealership team in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur.

You will handle vehicle movement, showroom operations and logistics support, working with Sales, Workshop and Admin teams to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Malaysian Class D driving licence required.
• Able to drive confidently and safely.
• Experience in automotive, logistics or vehicle operations is advantageous.
• Willing to perform hands-on and outdoor tasks.
• Good coordination and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle movement between showroom, workshop, storage locations, inspection centres and other locations.
• Arrange and assist with vehicle collection and delivery.
• Prepare vehicles for customer viewing, test drives and handover.
• Check vehicle cleanliness, condition, fuel level and general presentation.
• Conduct basic vehicle condition checks and report any damage or issues.
• Assist with vehicle handover and delivery arrangements.
• Manage and maintain vehicle keys, accessories and related items.
• Coordinate with Sales, Workshop and Admin teams for smooth vehicle operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Vehicle & Logistics Operations

• Coordinate vehicle movement between showroom, workshop, storage locations, inspection centres and other locations.

• Arrange and assist with vehicle collection and delivery.

• Prepare vehicles for customer viewing, test drives and handover.

• Check vehicle cleanliness, condition, fuel level and general presentation.

• Conduct basic vehicle condition checks and report any damage or issues.

• Assist with vehicle handover and delivery arrangements.

• Manage and maintain vehicle keys, accessories and related items.

• Coordinate with Sales, Workshop and Admin teams for smooth vehicle operations.

Vehicle Administration

• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movement, mileage, fuel usage and vehicle condition.

• Assist with vehicle registration, inspection and related documentation.

• Coordinate documents for vehicle collection, transfer and delivery.

• Assist with vehicle stock checking and reconciliation.

• Maintain proper filing and records of vehicle-related documents.

Dealership & Showroom Support

• Support daily showroom and dealership operations.

• Ensure display and test-drive vehicles are properly maintained and ready for customers.

• Support roadshows, events and promotional activities.

• Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for someone who is:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / equivalent qualification.

• Possess a valid Malaysian Class D driving licence.

• Able to drive confidently and safely.

• Experience in automotive, car dealership, logistics, fleet management or vehicle operations will be an advantage.

• Basic knowledge and interest in cars / automotive industry.

• Responsible, punctual and disciplined.

• Good coordination and organisational skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to perform hands-on and outdoor operational duties.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.

• Able to support weekend/public holiday roadshows, events or vehicle deliveries when required.
