Job summary

PKNS Real Estate Sdn. Bhd. (PREC) is seeking an Assistant Executive Advertising and Promotion to support marketing, advertising and promotional initiatives for our mall assets.

The role requires a diploma or higher diploma related to the field and 1–2 years of experience, with strong Bahasa Melayu and English communication skills. You will manage social media content, coordinate events and campaigns, and liaise with tenants, finance and vendors to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in related field.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of marketing, advertising and promotional initiatives to strengthen the mall's brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Manage and update social media content across platforms to increase brand awareness and promote mall events and activities.
• Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery.
• Liaise with Finance, tenants and vendors for billing, invoicing and collection matters related to marketing.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and service providers to ensure campaigns and events are delivered on schedule, to spec, and with quality.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing/AP Department and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

Support the planning and execution of marketing, advertising, and promotional initiative to strengthen the mall's brand visibility and enhance customer engagement

Manage and update social media content across various platforms to increase brand awareness, strengthen online presence, and promote mall events, campaigns and activities

Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery

Liaise with Finance Department, tenants and vendors for billing invoicing and collection matters related to marketing and promotional activities.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service provider to ensure marketing campaigns events, and related project and delivered according to schedule, specifications and quality standards

Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing/A&P Department and perform other duties as assigned by Building Manager or Department Head
