Job summary

Bangladesh Honda- People, Career & Culture is seeking an aftersales technician to provide technical support for Honda motorcycles. You will work with dealers via field visits or Techline to resolve issues and guide warranty assessments.

Responsibilities include diagnostics and repairs for unknown faults, processing warranty and transportation claims, and completing routine tasks under supervision while contributing to continuous improvement through PDCA analyses.

• Assist dealers resolve any technical issues with the motorcycle through a field visit or Techline.
• Assist dealers discover warrantable issues by offering guidance.
• Perform diagnostics and repairs on motorcycles for unknown issues that the dealer is unable to resolve.
• Process dealer's warranty and transportation claim submission.
• Effectively carry out and complete daily, weekly, monthly, and annual tasks as delegated by an immediate superior.
• Assisting immediate superior in analysing areas for improvement utilizing PDCA based on unit/section/department/division responsibilities.
• Perform any other tasks and projects specified by superiors.
