Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Malaysia seeks a production support engineer to maintain and improve on-line production system efficiency. You will handle system and hardware incidents, implement configurations, install hardware, and coordinate with team members, users and suppliers.

Training users and proposing improvements are part of the role. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical engineering and at least 1 year of quality-related experience.

• At least 1 year of quality experience required.

Responsibilities

• Establish, improve, maintain and monitor production system efficiency.
• On-line production support for system issues or incidents.
• On-line production support for hardware failures.
• Implementation and configuration of systems.
• Installation of hardware.
• Communicate with team members, users and suppliers.
• Provide user training on the system.
• Suggest improvements based on user requests and system performance.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
