Qualifications

• Knowledge of local destinations, attractions, and experiences is an advantage.
• Positive, energetic, and guest-focused personality.
• Previous experience in Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office, or Hospitality Operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the Concierge team and ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained.
• Assist in creating personalized and memorable experiences for guests throughout their stay.
• Coordinate guest requests, transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, local tours, and special services.
• Build strong relationships with guests and proactively anticipate their needs and preferences.
• Ensure guest information and special requests are communicated effectively to all relevant hotel departments prior to arrival.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Assist in training, coaching, and motivating the Concierge team to achieve service excellence.
• Provide expert knowledge of local attractions, dining, entertainment, and cultural experiences.
