Job summary

Manjaku Baby Mall in Malaysia is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all store operations, inventory, merchandising, and maintenance to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will lead and motivate the team to meet KPIs, deliver excellent service, and ensure policies and visual standards are followed, while reporting trends and opportunities to improve the business.

Qualifications

• Preferably with secondary education with proven experiences in retail sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skill with the ability to motivate team members.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and computer literate.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including sales techniques and inventory management.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and during public holidays.
• Willing to work on shift, weekends & public holidays.

Responsibilities
