• Production management including process time management, productivity analysis, and daily production planning.
• Design and fabricate assembly process jig/fixture.
• Design and fabricate QC checking jig/fixture.
• Set individual process times and update accordingly.
• Set machine/jig parameters according to product specifications.
• Ensure delivery lead time and propose improvements to production to fully utilize machine capacity.

Production management in terms of process time management, productivity analysis, production achievement, daily production planning and arrangement, production capacity and planning, production planning information and schedule, production material request, internal and external materials purchase, and follow up on production process status.

Quality management in terms of final quality inspection, handling of non-conformance quality, and revision of standardization methods.

Design and fabricate Assembly Process Jig/Fixture.

Design and fabricate QC Checking Jig/Fixture.

Individual process time setting and update.

Setting machine/jig according to product specifications.

Ensure delivery lead time, propose improvement in production, and fully utilize machine capacity.
