Job summary

CLEMENT WONG ARCHITECTURE. based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a capable assistant to produce conceptual designs with colour renderings and to prepare construction or technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Knowledge of local authorities requirements, architectural specifications and working drawings
• Able to attend periodical meetings with the Senior Architect
• Possess own transport
• Able to work under pressure and multi-task

Job description

To produce conceptual design with colour rendering

To produce construction or technical drawings

To liaise with customers and understand customers requirements prior to the commencement of work.

To carry out any other assignment or duties as instructed by the superior from time to time

Requirements:

Proficient in AutoCad

Familiar in local authorities requirements, architectural specifications and working drawings

Knowledge in sketch-up presentation drawings is an advantage.

Must have initiative and be able to work under pressure with commitment.

Selected candidate is expected to attend periodical meetings together with the Senior Architect.

Possess good interpersonal skills in dealing with clients.

Able to work independently and is self motivated.

Pleasant, diligent and able to perform multi tasking
