This role involves managing payment requests, staff claims, and payment documentation with accuracy and timeliness. You will prepare payment summary listings and supporting documents, record and monitor monthly expenses and office budgets, and maintain accurate personnel, financial, and administrative records. The position requires liaison with suppliers, general administrative duties including filing and document management, and support for company events and departmental operations.
Handle payment requests, staff claims, and payment documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare payment summary listings and supporting documents for payment processing
Record and monitor monthly expenses, office budgets, and other company expenditures
Create, update, and maintain accurate personnel, financial, and administrative records
Ensure all documents are properly maintained and updated according to the latest revision and document control requirements
Manage and retrieve obsolete documents for proper review and disposition
Liaise with suppliers via telephone and email to address enquiries and follow up on relevant matters
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and document management
Assist in planning, coordinating, and arranging company events and activities
Provide administrative and operational support to the department as required
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field
1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, administration, or a similar role. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Good organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Responsible, organized, proactive, and willing to learn
Able to handle confidential information with discretion
