Job Descriptions

Full-Sets Accounting & Closing: Hands-on management of full-sets accounting, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings.

Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses for senior management review.

Cost Accounting: Oversee costing analysis, track inventory valuation, and monitor manufacturing cost variances to optimize operational efficiency.

Audit & Tax Compliance: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and relevant statutory bodies to ensure regulatory compliance.

Internal Controls & Workflow: Ensure proper financial controls and accounting procedures are strictly adhered to across departments.

Team & Operations Support: Assist management with cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and operational financial planning.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Professional accreditation such as MIA, ACCA, or CIMA is a strong advantage.

Minimum 5 to 8 years of hands-on accounting experience, with proven capability in managing full sets of accounts and financial reporting.

Prior exposure to the Manufacturing sector, specifically Food & Beverage (F&B) manufacturing is highly preferred.

Proficiency in accounting software, hands-on experience with SAP is a major advantage. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
