Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a contract Field Technician to support telecommunications sites and tower infrastructure. You will perform audits of assets, manage inventories, and conduct field surveys across multiple remote locations in Malaysia.

The role requires travel to Kuching, Sri Aman, Sibu, Bintulu or Miri with irregular schedules and outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, IT, Asset/Facilities Management, or Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
• Valid B2 driving licence.
• CIDB Green Card.
• Basic First Aid & CPR certification.
• Working at Heights (WAH) certification.
• Competent person for electrical works.
• Fresh graduates may be considered and trained.
• Microsoft Excel and GPS/map apps literacy.
• Medically fit to travel extensively and work outdoors.

About you

Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, IT, Asset/Facilities Management, or Logistics/Supply Chain Management

Valid B2 driving licence

CIDB Green Card

Basic First Aid & CPR certification

Working at Heights (WAH) certification

Competent person for electrical works

Preferably 1 year of relevant experience in telecommunications sites/tower infrastructure, fibre networks, power systems, asset audit, inventory or field survey

Fresh graduates may be considered and trained

Computer literate, including Microsoft Excel, mobile data-capture applications, digital photography and GPS/map applications

Medically fit to travel extensively, work outdoors and at remote sites

Able to work irregular field schedules
