Qualifications

• Diploma, Certificate or relevant qualification in Logistics, Asset Management, Construction or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction, asset, machinery or logistics operations.
• Experience in operator scheduling, manpower coordination or equipment deployment will be an advantage.
• Good coordination, organisational and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced site environment.
• Basic knowledge of machinery and equipment operations is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain records of company assets, machinery, equipment, tools and materials.
• Coordinate asset allocation, movement, transfer, maintenance and daily utilisation.
• Prepare and manage daily operator schedules and deployment based on site requirements and equipment availability.
• Coordinate with operators, site personnel and supervisors to ensure proper manpower and equipment allocation.
• Monitor transportation, delivery and movement of materials, equipment and assets to and from site.
• Assist in warehouse and inventory activities, including receiving, issuing, stock checking and record keeping.
• Maintain accurate asset, operator, inventory, delivery and equipment records.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, subcontractors and relevant departments on logistics requirements.
• Monitor equipment and operator availability and highlight any operational issues or scheduling conflicts.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.
• Assist with asset inspections, stock counts, audits and reconciliation of records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Job Purpose Support the day-to-day management of company assets, machinery, equipment, logistics and operators at site. The role ensures proper asset utilisation, operator scheduling, equipment movement, documentation and coordination with site teams to support smooth and efficient project operations.
