Job summary

Acre Works Sdn Bhd is seeking an Asset Assistant (Inventory Control) to maintain accurate inventory and asset records, track tools and materials, and support stock control across sites using FieldEx. You will record receiving, issuing, transfers and returns promptly and verify materials against DOs and MRFs.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related fields and 1–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or asset management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Inventory Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in inventory, warehouse, store or asset management. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems; experience with FieldEx is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and documentation.
• Good organisational, coordination and record-keeping skills.

The Asset Assistant (Inventory Control) is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and asset records, tracking materials and tools, and supporting efficient stock control and asset management using FieldEx.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory and asset records in FieldEx.

Record receiving, issuing, transfers and returns on a timely basis.

Verify materials against Delivery Orders (DO) and approved Material Requisition Forms (MRF).

Track company tools and assets across sites, stores and subcontractors.

Conduct regular stock checks and investigate inventory variances.

Ensure proper storage, labelling, housekeeping and safety of inventory areas.

Maintain DO, GRN, MRF and asset transfer documentation.

Prepare inventory and asset reports and coordinate with site, procurement and logistics teams.
