Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Management or Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in a related field preferred in metal fabrication manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
• Solid understanding of production flow, capacity planning, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule based on sales forecast, inventory levels and production capacity.
• Identify bottlenecks, delays or quality issues in the production process.
• Plan and coordinate production workflow for one or multiple parts and prioritize operations.
• Follow up quality or delivery issues with supervisors to minimize disruption.
• Provide output information such as finished parts count and defect rates.
• Collaborate with OQA, IQC, Store, Production and other supporting functions.
• Provide management with timely updates on customer forecast KPIs and On Time Delivery performance.
• Communicate ETA matters with customers' buyers and update delays with reasons promptly.
• Ensure documentation is filled in orderly and retrievable.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
