Qualifications

• 2-6 Years of mechanical or related assembly experience.
• Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
• Associates Degree, Technical Certificate, or Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Effective communication skills, written and verbal in English.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts in fast paced and time-sensitive environment.
• Proficiency in computer-based data systems, applications, and Microsoft Office software.
• Frequently position oneself to perform job tasks including lifting up to 35 pounds; use hand tools and fixtures.
• Distinguish various wires by color, size, thickness, markings, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install parts/hardware for WFE using instructions and schematics.
• Adapt to changing priorities to maintain workflow and production schedules.
• Ensure correct part delivery and perform visual inspection of components.
• Conduct visual inspections, verify checklists, and perform leak checks for audits.
• Cross-train in Final Assembly, Sub Assembly, Feeder Bay, Preship, and NPI.
• Train other assemblers and model continuous improvement behaviors.
• Identify and document NCIs, escalating to engineering when needed.
• Follow safety guidelines, use PPE, and comply with LOTO policies and procedures.
• Provide timely communication to stakeholders on production status and handoffs.
