Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or HR.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to HR and operations.
• Coordinate company activities, projects, and initiatives.
• Prepare reports, records, and documentation for management review.
• Maintain accurate filing systems and employee/operational records.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties for tasks.
• Support data entry, tracking, and updating of relevant databases.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
