Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project portfolios through governance processes.
• Track status, risks, and decisions with leadership input.
• Ensure data accuracy across governance tools and reporting systems.
• Use Smartsheet and Power BI to surface insights for leadership reviews.
• Lead portfolio-wide data quality and reporting improvements.
