Job summary

Dexcom Inc. in Penang, Malaysia seeks a results-driven project leader to support APAC Supply Chain programs and regional initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional workstreams, manage timelines and risks, and ensure governance and reporting are maintained for successful delivery. The role requires strong communication skills, collaboration across functions, and experience driving continuous improvements in complex supply chains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–8+ years of related experience in supply chain or project execution.
• Strong project execution discipline with ability to manage multiple workstreams and keep momentum.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration across multiple functions and regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned project workstreams and ensure action owners complete deliverables on time.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Commercial, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, IT and others to ensure alignment.
• Maintain project governance routines: trackers, RAID logs, dashboards, meeting cadence and status reporting.
• Support regional deployment activities with defined milestones and readiness activities.
• Provide updates, data, analysis and recommendations to support project decisions and leadership reviews.
