Job summary

Dexcom is seeking an experienced APAC Supply Chain Project Manager to support regional programs, launch readiness, and supply chain transformation initiatives. You will lead cross-functional workstreams, manage actions and timelines, and maintain governance across multiple teams while actively managing risks and dependencies.

You will drive continuous improvements, support regional deployment activities, and provide structured data-driven updates to leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 5–8 years in supply chain or related fields.
Experience in medical device or life sciences is a plus.
Strong cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Responsibilities

Execute APAC Supply Chain programs and projects, including regional initiatives and launch readiness.
Lead assigned project workstreams with actions, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Maintain project governance routines: trackers, RAID logs, dashboards, status reporting.
Support regional deployment activities with clear plans and stakeholder inputs.
Provide structured updates and recommendations to support decisions and escalation of risks.
Drive continuous improvement in project execution and visibility across APAC projects.
Support geo-expansion, lifecycle activities, and channel operations improvements.
Assist in documentation, validation tracking, change control, and audit readiness.
Monitor risks related to supply continuity, suppliers, logistics, and deployment readiness.
Apply Lean and Operational Excellence practices to improve execution.
