Job summary

Evolution Singapore is seeking a Regional Sales Enablement & GTM Lead to drive commercial performance across markets in Asia. You will lead go-to-market planning, coordinate launches, and enhance sales incentives and enablement across local teams.

The role requires strong experience in GTM, sales enablement, and regional Asia execution, with a track record of coordinating across Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure successful commercial readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in go-to-market, sales enablement and commercial execution.
• Experience across multiple markets with regional Asia remit.
• Hands-on with managing launches and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience designing and advising sales incentive programmes for partners and frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional go-to-market planning and execution for new products and initiatives across Asia.
• Partner with local Account Managers to ensure launches are prepared and delivered on schedule.
• Coordinate across Marketing, Product, Training, and Operations for commercial readiness.
• Develop regional playbooks and frameworks for GTM execution and incentives.
• Lead and coach a small team of specialists supporting sales excellence and tools.
