A fast-growing international company is looking for a Regional Sales Enablement & GTM Lead to support commercial performance across multiple markets in Asia. The role will focus on improving go-to-market execution, sales incentive effectiveness, regional best-practice sharing, and overall sales enablement across local commercial teams.
Job Description
- Drive regional go-to-market planning and execution for new products, partnerships and commercial initiatives across multiple Asian markets
- Partner with local Account Managers to ensure launches are properly prepared, coordinated and delivered on schedule
- Coordinate across Marketing, Product, Training, Customer Experience, Operations and other stakeholders to ensure commercial readiness before launch
- Establish launch timelines, responsibilities and readiness requirements, identifying and resolving execution gaps before they impact delivery
- Support local commercial teams in translating sales objectives into actionable targets at partner, retail-store and frontline-sales level
- Guide the design and execution of sales incentive programmes for partners, stores and frontline sales teams
- Develop and review incentive business cases covering campaign mechanics, target groups, commercial impact, fulfilment and vendor arrangements
- Advise Account Managers on campaigns and sales initiatives that improve customer conversion, cross-selling, upselling and product attachment
- Identify successful commercial practices from individual markets and determine where they can be adapted and scaled across the region
- Develop regional playbooks and practical frameworks covering go-to-market execution, retail activation and sales incentives
- Facilitate regular regional reviews and best-practice sharing across markets
- Work with commercial teams to improve sales productivity, retail execution and overall commercial performance
- Provide commercial input into field-sales tools, store-visit processes and other sales-enablement initiatives
- Act as a commercial advisor to local Account Managers, adapting the level of support according to market maturity and team capability
- Lead and coach a small team of specialists supporting sales excellence, sales tools and performance-related initiatives
- Provide oversight and commercial guidance on internal sales incentive programmes in partnership with HR and other stakeholders
- Ensure regional initiatives are practical, scalable and executable at local-market level
Requirements
- Strong experience in go-to-market, sales excellence, commercial execution, sales enablement, channel development or a related commercial role
- Experience working across multiple markets, ideally within a regional Asia remit
- Hands-on experience managing product launches, partner launches, retail activation or commercial implementation involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of retail, consumer-sales or partner-led distribution environments
- Experience designing, managing or advising on sales incentive programmes for partners, stores, dealers or frontline sales teams
- Good understanding of customer conversion, cross-selling, upselling and product-attachment strategies
- Strong commercial judgement with the confidence to advise, challenge and coach experienced Account Managers and sales stakeholders
- Ability to identify successful initiatives in one market and translate them into scalable practices for other markets
- Strong project-management and execution capability, with a track record of driving complex cross-functional activities through to completion
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills
- Proactive and persistent working style, with the ability to identify execution risks early and follow through until issues are resolved
- Experience coaching, mentoring or managing team members
- Experience within telecommunications, consumer technology/device manufacturers, retail-led businesses, embedded insurance or affinity partnerships is strongly preferred
- Exposure to retail-channel sales, frontline sales teams, dealer networks or indirect distribution models is highly advantageous
