LINKZ SEARCH ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Customer Support Engineer to perform field service across Asia, including installation, commissioning and on-site support in Penang.

The role involves extensive travel to customer sites and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure proper startup and reliable operation. The candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Automation and proven hands-on technical abilities, with readiness to travel extensively

Qualifications

Experience in field service, equipment installation, commissioning or troubleshooting preferred.
Strong practical and hands-on engineering skills.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics and manuals.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer sites across Asia to perform field service activities.
Install and commission equipment at customer facilities.
Conduct testing, calibration, troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
Identify technical issues and implement corrective actions.
Perform equipment start-up and system verification.
Provide on-site technical support and guidance to customers.
Travel frequently and be prepared to move between projects with short notice.
