Job summary

MetLife is seeking a Digital Analytics Senior Manager/Manager to establish a robust analytics capability across regional and local markets. You will define governance, ensure data quality, and enable data-driven decision making through descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in digital analytics, customer analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis.
• Proven experience with enterprise analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, GA4, Adobe CJA, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of digital tracking methodologies, tagging frameworks, and data governance.
• Experience creating executive dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish analytics governance, standards, and compliance across markets.
• Define tracking frameworks, KPIs, and dashboarding requirements.
• Maintain governance for analytics practices, processes, and data quality.
• Develop operating models including RACI, escalation paths, and compliance monitoring.
• Conduct audits to ensure adherence to analytics standards and data governance.
• Lead alignment between regional and local stakeholders on analytics priorities.
• Own analytics tracking implementation and operations across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with IT, data engineers, vendors, and product owners to implement tracking requirements.
• Ensure data definitions and reporting properties are aligned across teams.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
