Job summary

Involve Asia is seeking a Data & Analytics Lead to transform ambiguous business questions into priorities, lead rigorous analysis, and drive measurable outcomes.

This hands-on leadership role will write SQL, review analytical code and data models, investigate discrepancies, and partner with Data Engineering to build reliable data foundations. You’ll report to the Director of Data and grow the analytics function.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on analytics, BI, data science, or related roles.
• 2+ years leading a team or cross-functional programmes.
• Strong SQL and Python for analysis, automation, and reproducible workflows.
• Experience with data modelling in warehouses or data lakes and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent.
• Ability to influence decisions with data and clearly communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business model and drivers to identify where decisions create value.
• Frame problems with cross-functional partners and define success measures.
• Own the analytics roadmap and prioritize work by impact, effort, and urgency.
• Present clear recommendations with implications and monitor adoption.
• Define KPIs and build reusable datasets, dashboards, and decision tools.
• Review queries and data quality, trace numbers to sources, and resolve root causes.
