NIQ is seeking a Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Malaysia, managing full life-cycle recruitment across ASEAN markets. You will partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to identify requirements and build effective recruiting strategies.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of recruiting experience, strong English communication, and a proactive approach to sourcing passive candidates via creative methods, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in any industry.
• Experience in APAC recruitment is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Full life-cycle recruiting and candidate relationship management.

Responsabilités

• Identify passive candidates using innovative recruiting techniques.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to define requirements and strategy.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers.
• Proactively source via LinkedIn Recruiter, events, and Boolean searches.
• Oversee applicant flow in the ATS and improve processes.
• Collaborate on diversity initiatives and attract a diverse slate.
