Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a New Product Development Specialist to drive strategies that support new product development, emergent technologies, and innovative solutions. You will lead the ASEAN NPD process, guiding ideation and scoping across teams to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with customers.

The role requires 5-7 years in Commercial FMCG and 3-5 years in NPD, with a Bachelor’s in business/marketing and MBA preferred. English fluency and strong organization are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business and/or Marketing; MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of commercial experience (Sales/Trade Marketing/Marketing).
• 3-5 years of FMCG new product development experience.
• Fluent in conversational and written English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ASEAN NPD process and report to leadership on progress.
• Pre-scoping: ensure impactful ideation and move through scoping.
• In-flight projects: keep teams aligned with NS, DPM, FADs and MEAs.
• Launch: apply best-practice NPD launches for maximum impact.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with MIM, RD&E, CIBA and sales teams to align marketing efforts with innovation goals.
• Performance Measurement: track and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and customer engagement to optimize future initiatives.
