Job summary

SC Johnson in Malaysia seeks a Senior Associate, Project Management (ASEAN) to orchestrate regional stakeholder engagement and project communications across the End-to-End New Product Development process. You will connect cross-functional teams, drive alignment on priorities and milestones, and enable commercialization and launches across ASEAN.

You will lead regional cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure projects follow SC Johnson processes.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Technical/Business Degree required, MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3-4 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, or purchasing/planning/distribution.
• Experience in new product launches, contract manufacturing and financial analysis related to operations.
• Experience using PM tools such as Microsoft Project/Microsoft Planner.
• PMI or APICS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional cross functional project team to ensure timelines and deliverables for commercialization and launch.
• Manage projects per SC Johnson’s processes and best practices.
• Develop regional timeline and risk mitigation plans to meet objectives.
• Engage Supply Chain SMEs to deliver key sub-processes and milestones.
• Execute projects per launch commitments defined in Regional project charter.
• Track progress, issue status reports, and escalate as needed.
