Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of the courier services drop point/collection point/outlet within the designated area.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of drivers, couriers, and support staff.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce delivery times.
• Monitor KPIs such as on-time deliveries, delivery accuracy, customer satisfaction, and costs; take corrective actions.
