Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Area Network Manager to oversee courier operations within a defined region. You will coordinate drop points, lead drivers and support staff, and ensure timely delivery of packages while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include route optimization, KPI monitoring and reporting, and adherence to safety and company policies. You will also train staff and address customer inquiries as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of courier services drop points, collection points and outlets within the designated area.
• Recruit, train and manage a team of drivers, couriers and support staff.
• Provide leadership, guidance and support to ensure a motivated and efficient workforce.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce delivery times.
• Monitor KPIs such as on-time deliveries, delivery accuracy, customer satisfaction and operational costs.
• Take corrective actions to address any performance issues.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns and complaints.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Supervise staff on code of conduct and company rules.
• Prepare regular reports on operations performance for senior management.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
