Job summary

Glory HR Solutions is seeking a Store Manager for a leading MNC retailer in Malaysia. You will drive store performance, achieve sales targets, and create an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities include daily operations, leading the sales team, customer service, training, and adherence to merchandising and safety standards. Weekend, public holiday, and rotating shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.

Key Responsibilities
