Job summary

Giraffe Coffee Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to oversee daily operations and uphold high standards across all service areas. You will lead the F&B team, drive performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include setting targets and KPIs, enforcing health and safety regulations, managing inventory, and continually improving front-of-house operations. A proactive, customer-focused leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in F&B.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to motivate and lead a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in POS system and basic Microsoft Office applications.
