Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an experienced District Manager (Premium Cafe/Restaurant) to oversee multiple outlets, drive commercial performance, and lead high-performing teams across the region.

This hands-on leader will coach teams, improve operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Retail Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit management experience within the Retail F&B, Restaurant, Café, or Bakery.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the overall performance of multiple F&B retail outlets.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and achievement of KPIs through effective business planning and execution.
• Monitor outlet P&L, labour costs, food costs, and operational expenses to maximise profitability.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, SOPs, food safety, and service excellence across all outlets.
• Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and performance reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Restaurant Managers and outlet teams to build a strong leadership pipeline.
