Job summary

Elrois Group is seeking an experienced Architecture Supervisor to join a hospital construction project in Seremban, Malaysia. The role focuses on supervising architectural and finishing works on site, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and schedules.

You will coordinate with multiple contractors and site teams, monitor quality and progress, and ensure safety and project requirements are met. Immediate availability or within 1 month notice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor architectural and finishing works at the construction site.

• Identify site issues and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve them.
• Ensure materials and completed works meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Monitor work schedules and ensure activities are progressing according to the project timeline.
• Ensure compliance with site safety and project requirements.

Salary: Up to RM6,500 per month
Employment Type: Contract – Until Project Completion
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Availability: Immediate to 1 Month Notice Period

• Ability to work effectively with multiple contractors and project stakeholders.
• Must be available to join immediately or within 1 month.

Salary: Up to RM6,500 per month
