Job summary

SGE GROUP SDN. BHD. is seeking a dynamic sales professional in Ipoh to manage and grow our client base in the glass and building materials sector.

You will maintain key accounts, identify new leads, and actively drive orders, leveraging a strong product portfolio and a collaborative team. Fluency in Mandarin and English with BM preferred is highly valued. The role offers a competitive salary and uncapped commission within a vibrant, supportive team environment, with opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

Proficiency in Mandarin, English and BM preferred to communicate with diverse clients.
Sales experience in building materials is preferred.
Strong multitasking and team collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

Regularly visit and maintain relationships with existing clients and provide high-quality after-sales service.
Develop new client leads and expand market share; record daily activities in the company system.
Promote primary products and related services, close sales and secure orders.
Establish partnerships with interior design firms, retailers and contractors.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, orders and payments to ensure smooth operations.
Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Monitor market dynamics and competitor pricing; provide market feedback.
Collaborate with production, warehousing and logistics for on-time delivery.
Record data throughout the sales process and submit regular reports.
Represent the company professionally and uphold brand image.
