**About the Role:**We are seeking a quality-driven **Architectural & Finishing Supervisor** to lead the structural fit-out, internal masonry, painting, ceiling systems, and overall architectural finishings for our project in **Rawang, Selangor.** You will spearhead trade sequencing, sample approvals, and final surface inspections, ensuring clean, high-standard handovers that align with client metrics.**Key Responsibilities:*** **Finishing Supervision:** Take charge of on-site architectural finishings, including internal drywalls, flooring layout, ceiling grids, facade glazing, doors/windows, coatings, and high-end fit-outs.* **Workflow Sequencing:** Coordinate trade sequences, manage material distributions, maintain quality milestones, enforce mock-up standard models, and direct asset protection programs.* **Subcontractor Management:** Direct architectural trade teams, validating incoming structural components, tracking construction techniques, and executing rapid defect closing logs.* **Drawing Alignment:** Assist in finishing layout mock-ups, managing technical modifications, executing site dimension verification, handling variation reviews, and supporting final handovers.**Requirements & Qualifications:*** **Industry Norms:** Comprehensive operational grasp of Malaysian architectural fit-out practices, construction methodologies, and strict quality verification parameters.* **Soft Skills:** Strong field troubleshooting and trade coordination abilities; highly skilled in catching and preventing aesthetic finishing defects.* **Languages:** Fluent in Chinese and English.
