CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a skilled on-site coordinator to align finishing works with architectural, structural, and M&E teams, ensuring smooth interfaces and timely progress in Kuala Lumpur.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant on-site experience, ability to monitor progress, inspect quality, and prepare comprehensive site documentation for project management.

Formación

• 3–5 years of on-site experience in building construction or architectural finishing works.
• Familiar with coordinating architectural finishing works with building, structural and M&E interfaces.
• Experience in large-scale residential, commercial or mixed-use development projects is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate architectural finishing works with building, structural and M&E teams to ensure proper site execution and smooth work interfaces.
• Monitor site progress and workmanship quality to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings and construction schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify construction defects and coordinate corrective and rectification works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and relevant project teams to resolve site issues and minimize construction delays.
• Review architectural drawings and finishing details, and assist in identifying discrepancies or potential construction issues.
• Prepare site progress reports, inspection records and other relevant construction documentation for project management.
• Follow up on site instructions, quality issues and rectification works to ensure timely completion in accordance with project requirements.
