Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD with experience in factory and construction drawings.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet drawing deadlines.
• Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are an advantage for coordinating with contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and revise architectural, factory, and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD
• Produce drawings based on approved designs, specifications, and site requirements
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and site personnel on drawing details and technical matters
• Review drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements and relevant regulations
• Assist with authority submission drawings and other project documentation when required
• Attend site meetings or site inspections to verify dimensions, clarify drawing issues, and follow up on amendments

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD; experience in preparing factory and construction drawings is required
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage drawing deadlines
• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be an added advantage for communication with Chinese-speaking contractors and site personnel
