Job summary

Jurutera Jasa (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Civil/Structural Drafter with a Diploma in Civil Engineering and at least 2 years of AutoCAD drafting experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for junior positions.

The role involves preparing detailed drawings, updating as-built and construction drawings, ensuring compliance with standards, and coordinating with site teams to maintain accuracy under project deadlines.

Must be a Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized university / technical school.

Minimum 2 years engineering drafting (AutoCAD) experience.

Previous experience in drafting works for C&S Works / project is preferred.

Responsible and able to work under pressure.

Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply and will be considered for junior post.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and update detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD for civil and structural works.

Develop as-built drawings and construction drawings based on engineer instructions.

Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and requirements.

Revise drawings based on comments from engineers, consultants, or clients.

Maintain proper filing and control of drawing records and revisions.

Coordinate with site team ad engineers to ensure accuracy of design information.

Support project documentation and submission when required.

Perform drafting tasks within given deadlines and under pressure when needed.
