Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture or related design discipline.
• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) with 2D/3D drawing skills.
• Good knowledge of Malaysia architectural conventions and building regs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections, details).
• Convert sketches and briefs into technical drawings.
• Develop construction documentation packages and schedules.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across drawings per standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers to resolve issues.
• Maintain and update project drawings as design evolves.
• Prepare presentation drawings and visuals for clients.
• Manage drawing files and project documentation.
• Coordinate drawings with structural and mechanical disciplines.
• Contribute to drawing standards and office procedures.
