Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a motivated architect to contribute from design development to project completion. The role requires independent work, preparation of designs and drawings, and producing submission/construction drawings while ensuring compliance with building regulations and authorities.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Diploma in Architecture with at least 5 years of experience and is proficient in AutoCAD; 3D drafting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• Proficient in Autocad.
• Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices.
• 3D drafting capability an added advantage.
