Job summary

CYCA Architects Sdn Bhd is seeking an Intermediate Project Architect in Malaysia with 3–4 years of architectural experience. You will coordinate with consultants, clients and authorities, and prepare drawings and submissions for project delivery.

Responsibilities include managing design development to implementation, reviewing construction documents, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

We are seeking a motivated and competent Intermediate Project Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of relevant architectural experience, with the ability to coordinate, manage, and deliver architectural projects while working closely with consultants, clients, and relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing and coordinating architectural projects from design development to project implementation.

Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, submissions, and construction documentation.

Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project progress.

Monitor project timelines, design quality, and compliance with statutory requirements.

Attend site meetings, coordinate site matters, and resolve technical issues arising during construction.

Ensure architectural works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant building regulations.

Requirements

Degree in Architecture or a recognized equivalent qualification.

3-4 years of relevant working experience in an architectural consultancy firm.

Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM and other architectural software will be an advantage.

Good knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, and local authority submission procedures.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
