Qualifications

• Part 1 Architectural Assistant / Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent architectural degree.
• Good understanding of architectural principles, spatial planning, and design processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong skills in 3D modelling, visualisation, architectural drawing, and presentation.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and architectural detailing.
• Creative, curious, and willing to explore and develop design ideas.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a design-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural concepts, ideas, and proposals.
• Produce drawings, plans, elevations, and diagrams using CAD tools.
• Develop 3D models, renders, and visual presentations.
• Assist design development from concept to detailed design.
• Prepare tender and construction drawings and details.
• Update drawings and documentation based on project needs.
• Research precedents, materials, methods, and design approaches.
• Assist in material and finish selections and design detailing.
• Maintain organised project drawings, models, and docs.
• Support senior architects and team in coordination.
• Complete tasks accurately within deadlines.
