Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an architectural assistant to prepare and develop drawings across stages for client specifications, including high-rise, mixed-use, commercial, and master plan environments. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture required.
• Creative and quick learner with strong teamwork.
• Good articulation and writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strategic thinking to assist design and documentation.
• Knowledge of local codes and Malaysian approval processes.
• Understanding of design development, detailing and construction.
• Ability to coordinate and direct consultants in all phases.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, MS Project, Photoshop, Revit, Lumion.

• Prepare and develop architectural drawings for various stages to meet client specs.
• Create drawings for high-rise, mixed-use, commercial or master plan environments.
• Turn sketch designs into working drawings for authority submissions.
• Prepare working drawings and details for tender and construction.
• Assist in technical coordination with consultants.
• Support architects on a variety of architectural projects.
• Maintain and manage drawings and related data in an organized manner.
• Ensure works comply with Malaysia authorities’ regulations.

• Undertake ad hoc assignments as required.
