Job summary

LSA Architects is seeking an architectural assistant to produce 2D/3D drawings, schedules and documentation across Concept to Construction. You will coordinate with consultants and liaise with authorities to ensure regulatory compliance and approvals.

You will attend client, consultant and site meetings, support administration, and help manage timelines, budgets and resources while using Vectorworks, AutoCAD and REVIT.

Qualifications

• Experience producing 2D/3D drawings and documentation across Concept to Construction phases.
• Ability to coordinate and check consultants’ drawings, specs and documents.
• Knowledge of local authorities regulations and building by-laws.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, schedules, details and documentation across design phases.
• Coordinate, develop and check architectural drawings and construction documents with consultants.
• Liaise with local authorities for compliance and approvals.
• Manage planning submissions, building regulations, and statutory approvals.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, landscape consultants.
• Attend client, consultant and site meetings.
• Support administration and respond to construction queries.
• Assist in managing project timelines, budgets and resources.
• Study design options using Vectorworks/AutoCAD/Revit.
• Prepare minutes, Architect’s Instructions, interim certificates and stage certifications.
