Job summary

Pembinaan Bina Bumi Sdn Bhd is seeking an Architect Site Supervisor for mix development construction in Kuala Lumpur. The candidate will oversee site operations, ensure efficient use of materials and machinery, and manage subcontractors in line with drawings and specifications.

This role requires a Diploma in a related field and at least five years of relevant experience, with a solid understanding of building and construction processes.

• Understanding of building and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• To control wastage of company materials used at site.
• To ensure all machinery use or hire are fully utilised and minimised idling time.
• To monitor all sub-contractors work are carry out accordingly to drawing & specification.
• To check defect after project completed.
• To liaise with sub-contractors closely for the work progress and quality control.
• To control and manage the general workers daily works.
