Job summary

PBB Group is seeking an Architect Site Supervisor for a mix-development construction project in Kuala Lumpur. The role requires a Diploma in a related field and at least 5 years of site experience to oversee material usage and subcontractor progress.

You will monitor subcontractors against drawings and specifications, control wastage, minimise downtime, ensure machinery use, inspect defects after completion, and supervise daily on-site workers to maintain quality and schedule.

Qualifications

Diploma in related field is required.
At least 5 years of site supervision experience.
Understanding of building and construction processes.

Responsibilities

To control wastage of company materials used at site.
To ensure all machinery use or hire are fully utilised and minimised idling time.
To monitor all sub-contractors work are carry out accordingly to drawing & specification.
To check defect after project completed.
To liaise with sub-contractors closely for the work progress and quality control.
To control and manage the general workers daily works.
