Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Diploma holder with at least 2 years’ relevant experience to oversee site operations and uphold quality standards. You will monitor construction works, supervise and coordinate activities, and recommend efficiency improvements on procedures.

You will ensure proper handling and storage of materials on site, conduct regular safety inspections, and prepare reports while maintaining proper documentation for archiving.

Qualifications

• Diploma or other related certificate.
• At least 2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
• To monitor and inspect all projects construction works to meet the schedule and procedures.
• To supervise and coordinate all works to ensure they are performed in accordance to the required standard and quality.
• To ensure that all products delivered to the site are handled and stored appropriately.
• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• To prepare necessary reports and ensure documents properly kept and compiled for archiving.
• Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time by the superior.
